Not bad , staff are friendly but showers could do with tweaking as some are cold There are only two mats after the change round in the weights room instead of 3 .
Quiet gym with easy parking. Friendly staff. Not the most up-to-date equipment but they serve their purpose well. Nice pool, jacuzzi is ok but on a fixed timer. Steam Room and sauna are good. Classes are a nightmare to get on.

Great staff, great members! Granted it doesn’t have the ‘gloss’ of some other clubs BUT you aren’t paying ‘gloss’ prices. I find the staff of incredibly friendly and helpful, really taking time to write review. The food choices and quality have got so much better and I really enjoy staying behind after work out for food and often use the gym full as it is convenient for town train station. The other members I have come into contact with are friendly, really happy to help if you need it - especially in the weights area - and the gym is always well attended by staff to help too. The personal trainers are particularly good, I train with Dan and Ben who really know their stuff but I hear equally good reports about all the trainers male and female. In summary I would say a great club for the money, really well located for the train station, convenient for town, a good place to work from should you need to and a friendly environment surrounded by great people.
great gym with good facilities including swimming pool and sauna and very friendly staff, my only real complaint with the gym is the weights area is quite small, I would love to see it get expanded as it is always crowded due to the size of the area.
